This is different raining signal in HK to determine the volume of the rain fall
There is 3 signal :
Yellow Red Black
Yellow : Rain Heavy, advised to go home quickly.
Red: It will be dangerous in outdoor. If open your mouth to the sky, your mouth will be filled within several minutes
Black: Eventhough you walk outside, you can not see the opposite street since the rain is crazy
Today there is a yellow signal in HK
But I went to play football at night !! Hhahahaha
